5. Passport, Visa & Documentation

  • Travelers must ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months.
  • Required documents must be submitted on time.
  • Visa issuance is controlled by the Saudi authorities — approval is not guaranteed.

8. Code of Conduct During Hajj/Umrah

Travelers must:

  • Follow group leader instructions
  • Avoid actions that may delay or harm the group’s movement

Failure to comply may result in removal from the group without refund.
